Who should attend? Anyone who has experienced mental health challenges; anyone who has cared for someone with mental health challenges; anyone interested in mental health recovery and wellness.
What's it all about? Every presenter at the conference is a peer who is in mental health and/or substance abuse recovery. They will present on their areas of expertise, including yoga, finding fun in
recovery, drawing and mindfulness, trauma-focused care, "healthy me" collages, storytelling, learned optimism, and self care. Click here to download a full description of all sessions.
